By downloading, installing, or using Ammofy ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.
Description of Service
Ammofy is an iOS application designed to help users track ammunition inventory, manage firearms, log range sessions, and analyze related costs. The app is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
User Responsibilities
By using Ammofy, you agree to:
- Use the app in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
- Not use the app for any illegal purposes
- Be solely responsible for the accuracy of data you enter
- Maintain appropriate security on your device
Subscriptions
Free Tier: Ammofy offers a free version with limited features (up to 3 ammunition types and 2 firearms).
Ammofy Pro: Premium features are available through an auto-renewable subscription. Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation
- Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
Intellectual Property
Ammofy and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by Ammofy and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
Important: Ammofy is a tracking and organizational tool only. It does not provide legal, safety, or regulatory advice. Always follow proper firearm safety practices and comply with all applicable laws regarding firearm and ammunition ownership and storage.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMMOFY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION.
You are solely responsible for backing up your data. We are not liable for any data loss that may occur.
Data and Privacy
Your use of Ammofy is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
